Currently, the company has arranged to provide the services of a Personal Trainer to all employees free of charge.
Throughout the week (usually over lunchtimes) Ken, our trainer, runs group sessions which are open to all employees. Details of the current classes are as follows:
Mondays 1pm – Boxing & fitness meet in Reception 5th floor at 12:55
(if over 10 people attending Circuits/Group Exercise instead of boxing)Tuesdays 1pm – Circuits/Group Exercise meet in Reception 5th floor at 12:55
Wednesdays 1pm – Running meet in Reception 5th floor at 12:55
Thursdays 12 noon- Circuits/Group Exercise, gentler class meet by the old cast-iron safe, back door 11:55
Please note that due to numbers of participants or the weather – this timetable is subject to change! (N.B. only extreme weather…Ken is made of tough stuff)
If you want to attend a lunchtime session then you should first complete one of Ken’s Fitness Forms. Download a copy here>>. You can give a copy of your completed form to Ken when you see him or just ask Emma/Rosie in HR for Ken’s email address.
