The Group Company Pension Scheme and the Conville and Walsh Company Pension Scheme (both as administered by Curtis Brown) are with Standard Life.
All employees are auto-enrolled into the scheme after they have gained 3 months’ service with 1% of their salary being automatically deducted and paid into the pension scheme, and the company also making a contribution of 1%.
When you have 2 years’ continuous service, the company will contribute to your company pension plan at the rate of 5% of your salary, provided you agree to contribute at the minimum rate of 3% of your salary up to the maximum permitted level allowed by HMRC.
