You must report this to Barclaycard as soon as you can. It’s crucial that the card is blocked as soon as possible.
Barclaycard will ask you what your last official transaction was so they can review and block any further transactions – including potentially cancelling and refunding any unauthorised purchases.
Barclaycard can stop your card immediately as soon as you call them and they are open 24/7.

After you have spoken to Barclaycard, let someone in the CB Finance team know and they can arrange for you to receive a replacement card.
